Founded in 2021, Ningbo Zhaoxu Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a one-stop mold & injection molding factory built by a founding team with over 15 years of experience in custom plastic tooling since 2011. We specialize in custom mold development, precision injection molding, and finished product assembly, covering the full process from design to delivery.
Our factory covers an area of 3,500 square meters, with dedicated workshops for mold manufacturing, injection molding, and assembly. We support customization from drawings or samples, as well as toll molding with customer-supplied tooling and materials. We manufacture a wide range of precision plastic components, with a core focus on automotive injection molding — including interior & exterior trim parts, new energy vehicle component housings, power adapter shells, instrument & meter housings, sensor enclosures, and various non-standard custom plastic parts.
Located in the Molds Industrial Park of Longshan Fanzhi, Cixi, Ningbo, just 20 kilometers from the southern end of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge and adjacent to National Highway 329, our factory enjoys convenient and efficient logistics. The mold workshop is equipped with over 10 sets of CNC machining centers, high-speed milling machines, and large gantry equipment, ensuring precise tooling and shorter mold lead times. The injection workshop runs entirely on Haitian injection molding machines, all fitted with servo robots and HD monitoring systems for stable, automated mass production. Our core engineers bring 25 years of experience in automotive plastic part molding and 15 years of quality management in auto components, and we have long served as a trusted supplier to OEM manufacturers. We are especially experienced in the structural molding, appearance control, and mass production of precision parts such as automotive micro-motor housings, interior plastic components, and instrument housings.
