Once the mold design is finalized, mold machining equipment serves as the critical link that transforms the design into a physical product. Part precision relies first on high-precision machining equipment, but also on well-planned process sequencing. High-precision machinery forms the foundation for achieving tight tolerances, while a rationally arranged machining process helps balance quality with cost efficiency. For example, when a product features critical dimensions involving small flats or narrow grooves, we utilize precision surface grinders for final finishing to ensure accuracy. For cylindrical components, we employ a coordinated approach using CNC lathes and cylindrical grinders. The machining process typically follows three stages: roughing, finishing, and final polishing (or trimming). By logically sequencing these steps and minimizing unnecessary refixturing, we not only safeguard dimensional accuracy but also help control costs for our clients. Therefore, when selecting a mold supplier, it is advisable to evaluate both their equipment capabilities and process expertise.

The company is equipped with Haitian-brand injection molding machines, primarily fitted with Type-A and Type-B screws to accommodate the production of alloy-based products, consumer household goods, and other engineering plastics. With a clamping force range of 50–1,300 tons, our equipment covers the full spectrum of injection molding requirements for both small and large components. All machines are integrated with fully automatic robotic arms and automatic degating systems to help boost production efficiency and reduce overall molding costs.
